Aaron V. Rocke is an experienced and recognized lawyer. His practice includes civil litigation and advising business clients on strategic planning and risk management. His litigation experience includes complex litigation, commercial litigation, employment discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour matters, professional liability, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.
Aaron Rocke serves his community and takes leadership positions in specialty and local bar associations. He has served on the Washington State Bar Association’s Bar Examiner Committee, which administers the bar examination, and he is a current member of the King County Bar Association Judicial Screening Committee.
Mr. Rocke also teaches seminars to law students and other lawyers. He has served as faculty for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and as an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law. He has been repeatedly recognized by his peers as a Rising Star in Washington Law & Politics Magazine. He also serves his community in the roles of judge pro tempore and arbitrator.
Aaron is a certified mediator and a panel member approved to mediate federal court cases in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington under local rule 39.1. He is also trained to mediate cases with the EEOC. Aaron is admitted to practice law with the following bar associations and courts:
