Arthur Simpson

Arthur Simpson is a dedicated attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients in a wide range of legal matters, including employment law, federal whistleblower claims, commercial contract disputes, non-compete and trade secret litigation, ballot title challenges, real property and personal injury cases, defamation, public records, and consumer protection. Arthur has successfully briefed, argued, and won numerous motions, managed depositions, and played vital roles in multi-week jury trials resulting in unanimous verdicts for clients.

Arthur is recognized for combining a creative and ethical approach with relentless determination to achieve optimal results. He was honored with the Thomas Neville Pro Bono Award and has been featured as “Ones to Watch” (2021–2025), Washington Rising Stars (2016–2023), and Washington Super Lawyers 2024.

Arthur earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and his B.A. from Temple University.
