Employers

    1. Intake call or form: We gather information about your needs, run conflicts, and ensure your matter is within our practice areas
    2. Meeting with an attorney: We schedule your initial meeting with an attorney within 1-2 business days after you reach out. This meeting is billed at the attorney’s hourly rate.

The initial meeting with an attorney is for us to (a) learn about you and your particular legal needs based on the information you provide; (b) answer your questions to the best of our ability given the limited arrangement; (c) identify your options and, to the extent possible, analyze the costs and benefits of those alternatives; and (d) assess whether we can represent you. All information and documents that you provide to us in preparation for the initial consultation shall remain strictly confidential, whether or not you decide to retain us to provide legal services.

  2. Documentation: We collect relevant documentation from you
  3. Attorney case review: Your claim information and documentation is reviewed by an attorney. They will decide whether to proceed with an initial meeting or provide you with a referral to another attorney.
  4. Meeting with an attorney: The appointment would cover the following:
      • Your legal needs
      • Answers to your questions and advice for you to the best of our ability, given the limited arrangement
      • Determination of next steps
The appointment is charged at a flat fee of $695, paid beforehand, unless waived by an attorney. This covers the cost for our attorneys to thoroughly review all provided information, meet with you for up to one hour to discuss your matter and offer tailored legal advice, and provide any post-appointment follow-up.

Severance Agreement or Noncompete Agreement Review

    1. Submit the intake form: With complete information and your document in the requested format
    2. Submit $695: To the online payment link sent to the email address you provide
    3. Confirm your attorney meeting: In the email sent to the email address you provide
    4. Attorney review: Your attorney will review your document before your meeting
    5. Meeting with attorney: Discuss their review, answer your questions, and advise you on your options
